Cyn has had the hots for twins Chris and Jared since they were teens but she believes they only see her has a kid sister, Chris and Jared have wanted Cyn for years but because they are into the BDSM scene they have held back for some sign she might be ready to accept that lifestyle.

Ms. Kacey writes a sexy menage that gives you a glimpse into quite a bit of different kick from a scene with a little girl on girl action to bondage and use of a whip. The characters are easy to like and the play is hot. We also have a bit of a suspenseful element with some sabotage at the club.

This was a good read if you are looking for something fairly quick but still a full story that is smokin' hot.

I've written four novels to date, several short stories, magazine and newsletter articles and am working on a 7 book series right now. I write contemporary erotic romance. Mostly hetero, some same sex, menage "oh yeah" but all of it HOT!

What started it all was a dream. I think a lot of authors say that and I think if more people would write their dreams down and turn them into stories the world would be a much more interesting place. Two dreams compose two of the biggest scenes of Final Promise. One where Simon is chasing Karley through the park into the locker room, and the other when she has to confront him in the conference room. It's been almost 4 years since I had that dream and I SWEAR I can close my eyes and still see the tears streaking down her face looking out the window. My husband always tells me that I have sci fi dreams and on most nights that is so true. I could fill pages and pages of paranormal scenes with them but those dreams were HOT with a capital Damn!!

Whatever precipitated those dreams I am so thankful for. I LOVE Writing! It is something so incredibly fulfilling to put your thoughts and dreams down on paper and have someone else read it and say, "WOW!" But it's something else entirely to have a writer read your work and say, "Holy WOW!"

Cameron hadn’t watched me undress; he’d turned in his chair to face the wall opposite me, but he swung back to the front as soon as he heard my movement.

“How naked do you want me?” I asked when I reached the center platform. The stool pressed against the back of my thighs.

A light came into his eyes, his face. A smile teased his lips. “Just from the waist up.” As I was about to release the sheet, his mouth opened again. “But I want you to cover your nipples with the palms of your hands.”

I rested my forearm over both breasts while I slid the sheet down to my waist. Once it was tied and secured in place, I cupped my nipples in my palms. My skin was already warm, but it seemed to turn even hotter from his stare. I could feel his eyes on my body…especially the bulges under each hand.

“Yes,” he said, a small change in his tone. “That’s perfect. Now take a seat on the stool.”

I slowly followed his instructions, making sure the sheet didn’t fall.

“Turn sideways,” he said. “I want your profile.”

My feet moved to the metal bars on the stool and I pushed myself to the left, rotating in the direction I had faced before. My actions were shaky and my stomach was wracked with nerves. I didn’t know why. I had no problem getting naked at the mansion, strutting toward my clients in much less than I was wearing now. But in here, with Cameron, I begged for a mask.

“Feel like sharing your thoughts now?” he asked.

I arched my back a little, pushing my ass into the wooden seat. “My thoughts aren’t all that different than they were before.” I wanted to see his expression, but my moving could have messed up his work.

“You wouldn’t tell me what they were before.”

I laughed. “I still won’t.”

I felt the change in the air as he approached me. I held in my breath, waiting to find out why he had gotten so close.

“I realize you can’t move your hands, but the sheet is sticking up in the back. Can I tuck it in for you?”

My eyes held his, and I nodded.

His shirt brushed past my bare arm as he moved to my side, and then the small of my back. Gently, he folded the sheet into me. His skin was as warm as mine.

“Anything else you want while I’m up here?”

He was in front of me again, his hands in his pockets. His stance wasn’t casual, and neither was the look on his face.

I shook my head, even though there were so many things I could have asked for…so many things I wanted from him. But silence was the safest answer.

“Then hold still,” he said, heading back to his canvas. “I need to finish the outline of your body.”

He didn’t say the word body any differently than anyone else. It just sounded sexier coming out of Cameron’s lips.

Unholy Alliance, book 6, is the final chapter in the Knights of the Darkness Chronicles. As with all of the books Unholy Alliance is a mix of suspense, romance, and hot steamy sex. As with book 3 this book has a lot more action than romance with a clash between the original vampires over the fate of the human race.

We have a lot more vampires in this book and less shifters, we meet Kysen's maker as well as other founts(the original 7 vampires are known as founts). Natasha's life is in great danger and Darian and Xaver what ever they have to in order to save her and in the processes help the human race.

Unholy Alliance takes up at the moment the cliffhanger at the end of book 5, The Lion's Den, stops off. It is a roller coaster ride of meetings with more and more powerful beings looking for a way to save Natashia. With the occasional homage being required we also get some heavy duty vampire on vampire action going on.

Ms. Simmons wraps up the Knights of the Darkness Chronicles with a bang and a whole new world. The entire series has been a fantastic read and I have enjoyed the opportunity to review each book.

This book was not badly written, I did have a hard time connecting with Andrea she accepts her situation a lot easier than I would have thought. I think the biggest reason this wasn't for me is that it does include some of the things that are on my "hard limits" list, I don't enjoy urine play or menstrual oral sex so those were big turn offs for me. As I said the book itself is interesting and has an unusual premise with out some of the big turn offs for me it would have rated a 3 or a 3 1/2.
