The Master Undone is a novella (at 53 pages) that takes place after If I Were You and Being Me, read those two books BEFORE you read The Master Undone not only for context but to prevent spoilers.

Mark Compton, The Master, is fairly unpopular by readers of this series and The Master Undone told from his point of view allows readers to get to know him more as a man.
Mark is on a business trip to NYC but he also needs to get away to regain his sense of control. However his control is tested even more than ever on this trip.

Ms. Jones writes emotionally deep characters and this is no exception we get an in depth look at what is going on in Mark's head and how he is feeling about things that have gone on. As I said this is part of the series and must be read in order or you will be completely lost as to who Mark is and what is going on to test his control.

  3. I have to agree with you that these must be read in order otherwise the reader gets lost and doesn't understand the characters. Loved your review.
