I was poking around on Amazon (cause you can never have to many books on your Kindle :D) and I came across Sophie Oak's Nights in Bliss,Colorado series. I was intrigued to say the least. Not only a menage but a menage with brothers and better than just brothers TWINS! Let me point out there is NOTHING going on between the brothers (EWWW)

Rachel Swift is a woman on the run. Max and Rye Harper are just the men to catch her. A stalker sent Rachel's world reeling. Now she's running for her life, and Bliss, CO, seems like the perfect place to hide. Bliss is a strange little town, filled with artists, nudists, and the occasional conspiracy nut. It's a good place to start over. Horse trainer Max and Sheriff Rye gave up on their dream of finding one perfect woman to share long ago. Rachel walks in, and they're both in love and fighting their true natures. When Rachel's past catches up with her, all of Bliss is in danger. Can Rachel stand up to the man who took everything? Rachel is done running. It's time for her to get back in the saddle and ride.

When you aren't familiar with a series and you start just because you have fantasies that involve hot twin cowboys you never know how good the book will be. This one knocked my socks off.

Rachel has a stalker and he happens to be a cop, that makes it very difficult for her to get the police to do a whole lot about him. She runs after he nearly kills her and lands her in the hospital. When she lands in Bliss, CO (not her first stop as she fled) she finds herself drawn to a very hunky cowboy that eats at the diner she is waitressing at.

Max is a bear of a man not only in size but in disposition. He is picky and can be downright unpleasant when he things aren't done the way he expects them to be. He has always shared women with his twin brother until the last one walked out and he decided that he was just holding Rye back and they should date individually.

Rye LOVES women, he has always been the one to bring women into the menage relationship he has always had with his brother. When Max starts to date Rachel his whole outlook about life is shaken because she seems scared of him and he wants Max to have the women he has fallen in love with, so Rye is going to stay out of things to make sure Max gets what he wants, even if it's breaking his heart.

The twin brothers puts a different spin on the whole menage, there is NO sexual tension between the brothers but a whole lot of sibling rivalry. We are also introduced to many members of the community of Bliss, Colorado a town founded by hippies, that still boasts a "Naturalist" (read nudest) colony, artists of every type, a conspiracy nut, political interpretative dancers and people who are very accepting of others sexual behaviors what every they may be.

The characters are fun and lovable, they are well written and funny. Anything that may feel unusual or unrealistic is easily explained by the odd make up of the town. It is in no way meant to be a realistic look at a romance, it is the a fun romance fantasy written into a story. The character fall in bed and in love very quickly but come on this is erotica, you are reading it for the steamy sex and it is helpful this has a well written plot and characters as well.

I enjoyed this read, it was a fun escape into fantasy and hot, hot, hot sex! I am going to continue my reading in the Nights in Bliss, Colorado series. I am looking forward to seeing what the other residence in town can get themselves up to.
